Edmired is a subscription workspace for founders. It takes a rough idea through structured research, customer evidence and an explicit go / refine / pivot decision, and produces the documents an engineer or an investor asks for.

Plans differ in one thing: how many credits they carry. Every paid plan opens every part of the workspace. There is no feature matrix, and nothing is described as unlimited, because every generated draft costs us money to produce and a cap we could not honour would not be a cap.

Prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of GST. See Tax below.

Free — Free

• Zero credits, so the drafting and research features are not available on Free.
• 20 rows from the shared research index — in total, not per month.
• Every other part of the workspace, in full.
• Your work is yours, and you can export it at any time.

Starter — $9 a month

• 600 credits a month.
• The whole shared research index, with no row cap.
• Every other part of the workspace, in full.
• Your work is yours, and you can export it at any time.

Growth — $29 a month

• 2,000 credits a month.
• The whole shared research index, with no row cap.
• Every other part of the workspace, in full.
• Your work is yours, and you can export it at any time.

Pro — $79 a month

• 5,000 credits a month.
• The whole shared research index, with no row cap.
• Every other part of the workspace, in full.
• Your work is yours, and you can export it at any time.

What a credit is

A credit is a unit of metered work. Drafting and research features spend credits; the cost of an action is shown to you in the workspace before you run it, so you decide with the number in front of you rather than discover it afterwards. Some kinds of work cost more than others, and heavier work costs more.

Reading, editing, organising and exporting your own records is not metered. Anything the Service works out arithmetically from records you already hold — coverage, scores, readiness — costs nothing, because charging for it would be charging you for your own data back.

The rules on credits

• A credit is spent when the work is done and the output is put in front of you. If a run fails before producing anything, the credit is not spent.
• Credits are granted at the start of each period and reset on your subscription anniversary, not on the first of the calendar month.
• Unused credits do not carry over to the next period.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts and are not refundable. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Top-up packs

If you run out mid-period you can buy more credits without changing plan. Packs do not renew and are a one-time purchase.

Packs are available on paid plans. They are deliberately better value per credit than a plan, and deliberately still dearer than upgrading, so a pack never becomes the cheap way to avoid moving up a tier.

Tax

Prices shown are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST is added at the applicable rate and shown before you pay.

You are responsible for any other tax, bank charge or currency-conversion cost your payment method applies.

Billing, in short

• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the period you have paid for ends.
• Fees are not refundable, with the narrow exceptions in Section 5 of the Cancellation & Refund Policy — a duplicate charge, a plan we failed to provision, or a prolonged outage that was our fault.
• Access is delivered to your account immediately on payment. Nothing is shipped — see the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
• We do not store your card details. Payment is handled by a payment processor.

Getting started

The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card. Create an account and you are on it. It is not a countdown trial that expires while you are busy — it is where you look at the workspace and decide whether a paid plan is worth it to you.
