Q3.What happens when I generate more than the base quantity?
We use simple linear scaling inspired by the examples in the Format Costs tab. Requesting more questions, flashcards, or slides multiplies the base cost by the quantity factor.
Example: A quiz that costs 2 credits for 10 questions will cost 10 credits when you ask for 50 questions (2 × 50 ÷ 10).

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the Credits page or by contacting support. Any unused credits stay attached to your account for future sessions.

Refunds aren't supported once a subscription activates or credits are delivered. We recommend exploring the Format Costs tab to preview how your credits will be used before purchasing.
