What to write to us about
Your account, or how something works — email us. Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead; if you can, include the page you were on.
Billing, cancellation or a charge you think is wrong — email us. Please read the Cancellation & Refund Policy first, and then write anyway if it does not cover your situation. Every case we will put right is listed in Section 5 of that policy, and we would much rather fix a charge directly than have you raise a dispute with your bank.
Your data — a copy of it, a correction, or deletion — email us. Send the request from the email address on the account, and see Section 11 of the Privacy Policy for the confirmation step and the timescales we work to.
A privacy or security concern about someone else's information — email us and say what you have found. We will act on it and tell you what we did.
A security vulnerability — email us with enough detail to reproduce it, and please give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before disclosing it. We do not currently run a paid bounty, and we will not pretend otherwise.
